PMA Small Business ServiceCenter 2016 is an easy-to-use program that provides the capabilities small to medium size businesses need to manage their most valuable asset - their customers - in more efficient and more profitable ways.

As the successor to O'Brien Service Contracts, PMA ServiceCenter, PMA Small Business ServiceCenter Version 2.0, and PMA Small Business ServiceCenter 2012 software, it is a fourth generation product that builds on the solid foundation provided by its predecessors. 

The program is a state-of-the-art design using Microsoft .Net Framework Version 4.5, the latest version of the Microsoft platform for desktop and web applications.

It is intended for use on Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and future versions of Windows.

Maintain an equipment / property list for each customer
Maintain a service history for each customer
Maintain a To Do List to keep track of what needs to be done

Create work orders

Price: $200. To place an order contact PMA directly by phone or email. You will be assigned a serial number that will provide full access to all program features for a period of thirty days. During that time, PMA will send you an invoice. Upon payment, you will be provided with a User ID to complete the registration process. THE UPGRADE IS FREE FOR REGISTERED 2012 VERSION USERS.

The ServiceCenter Module is the "working" portion of the program where you maintain your customer lists, service histories, equipment/property lists,  schedule service calls, create contracts for specific customers,maintain a To Do list, and create work orders.

Sophisticated search capabilities make it possible to view information in different ways and produce a variety of printed reports.




The Billing Module is the most recent addition to PMA ServiceCenter. It serves as an alternative to complex accounting software while providing all the billing tools most small businesses are likely to need. 

Use it to create invoices, record payments, generate past due notices and view/print various financial reports. Invoices and financial data are available for the current calendar year and previous years.




The Maintenance Module is the general maintenance portion of the program where you perform database maintenance operations, create pre-defined contracts, design contracts and invoices, and perform other program support functions.

The module includes a utility that imports data from existing copies of PMA ServiceCenter and PMA Small Business ServiceCenter.

The database syncronization feature quickly and easily updates copies of the database on computers in your office and laptops used in the field to reflect the latest changes made by all users.
